Project Completion at Highgate School

Quinn London have successfully reached project completion at Highgate Junior School Roof Refurbishment.

We are proud to have delivered a comprehensive roof refurbishment and replacement programme at Highgate Junior School.

Working within a live educational environment, the project involved the complete replacement of the existing roof system, including structural timber roof deck renewals, high-performance waterproofing and insulation, upgraded rooflights, and enhancements to the school’s lightning protection and photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Carefully phased works, specialist access solutions and close collaboration with the school ensured the programme was delivered safely while minimising disruption to pupils and staff.

The completed project has enhanced the building’s long-term performance, improved energy efficiency and strengthened the resilience of this historic educational estate for years to come.
