Restoration Project of the Year 20 St James’ Square
Our restoration of the prestigious Grade I listed 20 St James’s Square was recognised for its exceptional craftsmanship, specialist expertise and meticulous attention to detail. This complex heritage project brought together traditional restoration techniques and modern construction practices to preserve and enhance one of London’s historic buildings.

This award recognises our ongoing commitment to embedding sustainable practices across our operations and projects, reflecting our dedication to reducing environmental impact and delivering more responsible construction solutions.
