Quinn London announced as Mentors of the Year

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Lucy Crouch and Jack Bowyer, who have both been recognised with the Mentor of the Year Award for their exceptional contribution to the EDT Industrial Cadets Programme.

Through their passion, commitment, and genuine enthusiasm for STEM and construction, Lucy and Jack have inspired students to think bigger, build confidence, and explore exciting career pathways within the industry. Their mentoring has gone beyond sharing knowledge, helping young people develop valuable skills, challenge themselves, and realise their potential.

Together, Lucy and Jack created an engaging and supportive environment where students felt empowered to share ideas, solve problems, and gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities available within STEM and construction. Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to developing future talent have left a lasting impact on the young people they supported.
