Project Completion at 14 Bolton Street

Quinn London is pleased to have completed the refurbishment of 14 Bolton Street, a six-storey Grade II listed office building in the heart of Mayfair.

Our team delivered a comprehensive refurbishment and fit-out, transforming the historic property into a high-quality modern workspace while carefully preserving its architectural character.

The 40-week programme included a full internal strip-out, significant structural alterations and new steelwork, a new lift shaft, full MEP replacement, new finishes throughout and external repair works. Delivering extensive structural interventions within a retained listed building required careful sequencing and a coordinated temporary works strategy. Combined with the constraints of a narrow Mayfair location, single-point access and no on-site storage, the team implemented just in time deliveries and carefully managed logistics to maintain progress while minimising disruption to neighbouring properties.

Sustainability remained an important focus throughout delivery, with 100% of project waste diverted from landfill, totalling to 116 tonnes. The project also supported the next generation of construction professionals through a placement opportunity for an apprentice during the works.

The completed building combines contemporary office accommodation and modern building services with the character of its Grade II listed setting, creating a high quality workplace ready for its next chapter.
