The power of Apprenticeships

We’re proud to share that our Site Manager Usama, has been nominated as an Arsenal F.C No More Red Community Charity Champion in recognition of his outstanding work and advocacy in the local community.

Usama’s journey exemplifies the power of apprenticeships and a deep commitment to supporting at risk youth. He was one of the first young people from a Somali background to secure an apprenticeship through Islington council. Encouraging young people to explore these opportunities, he founded a group chat which now has more than 150 members to provide support.

Now working with us at Quinn London, Usama shares his success story at schools and events to highlight the potential of apprenticeships, a path he navigated to full-time employment and a degree. We’re incredibly proud to have him on our team and celebrate this well deserved recognition!
