Quinn London Establishes Employee Ownership Trust
Quinn London is pleased to announce the establishment of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), marking a pivotal milestone in our company’s ongoing journey and long-term vision. Founded in 2000 by Seamus Quinn, Quinn London was built on the ambition to become one of London’s leading main contractors. Over the past two decades, our company has steadily grown its reputation for delivering high quality projects across London.
The introduction of the Employee Ownership Trust reflects a commitment to securing the company’s future while placing our employees at the heart of its success. By transitioning to employee ownership, Quinn London aims to create a stronger sense of shared purpose, engagement, and long-term stability across the business.
This milestone follows a year of strong operational and financial performance. Audited accounts for the year ending 31 May 2025 show that Quinn London achieved a turnover of £109 million, with profit before tax exceeding £4 million. These results underline our company’s continued growth in a competitive market.
Seamus Quinn commented: “The move to an Employee Ownership Trust represents an exciting new chapter for Quinn London. Our people have always been central to our success, and this transition ensures they have a direct stake in the future of the business. It allows us to preserve our values, strengthen our culture, and build on the solid foundations we have established.”
Quinn London will continue to operate under it’s existing leadership team, ensuring continuity for our clients, partners, and employees. The EOT structure is designed to support sustainable growth while maintaining the high standards and trusted relationships Quinn London is known for. As we look ahead, the business remains focused on delivering excellence across all projects while empowering its workforce through this new ownership model.
