Business Development Director
Mark is responsible for winning new business and business development at Quinn London. Ensuring that each of our divisions has a strong pipeline of projects to ensure company growth year on year.
The pre-planning and coordination of all our construction contracts is down to Pat. He's responsible for ensuring projects are on budget, on time and completed to the high standards for which Quinn London is known.
Imran is responsible for the strategic financial planning, analysis and reporting of the business performance. He brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in the construction industry for 20+ years.
Pre Construction Director
Paul has 40 years of procurement experience in the construction industry. His extensive knowledge covers supply chain, planning issues, design team management, and challenges unique to the London market.
Rob oversees the commercial management of all Quinn London projects across our three specialist divisions.
Responsible for all HR management across Quinn London. Working closely with our 100+ employees.
Supporting the financial department across Quinn London. Point of contact for clients and responsible for raising invoices and tracking payments.
Highly experienced senior planner. Having worked for 28 years in top 10 Tier 1 Main contractors on all sectors including Health & Science, Education, Retail, Leisure, Residential, Commercial and Heritage.
Purchase of goods, materials and services to ensure that our operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
Supply Chain Manager
Experienced procurement professional who works closely with our supply chain partners. Skilled in negotiation, value engineering, cost management, construction, and cost control.
Provides project plans and programmes at pre-construction stages developing tender programmes for submission documents and supports our site operations teams.
Head of SHEQ
Kenny manages the safety, health, environmental and quality management systems in line with company policy, procedures, and in accordance with EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Business Development and Marketing
Responsible for marketing and business development at Quinn London. Ensuring that each division has a strong pipeline of attractive project opportunities to hit our annual turnover targets.
Jeremy works closely with our Central London division to strategically price projects to secure revenue for the division. Working closely with the bid team, planners and our supply chain partners.
Eamon ensures the effective and efficient operation of financial reporting and planning, along with managing cash flow at Quinn London.
