At Quinn London, our Social Value offering to clients and communities follows from the Social Value Portal National TOMs measurement tool, which is a tried and tested framework for delivering excellence in measuring and reporting Social Value.
We are committed to delivering positive social and economic impacts on local households during the course of the project and beyond. In order to meet these aims, we have a robust Social Value strategy in place which outlines our KPIs which are reviewed internally on a quarterly and annual basis. Our Social Value delivery on a project takes into account the specific needs of each community we are working in and will be delivered in partnership with clients as well as, local stakeholders, community groups, schools, and charities.
We are focussed on:
- Creating sustainable employment and apprenticeship opportunities for local people.
- Engaging with local schools to raise awareness among school children around careers in construction.
- Engaging with communities through employee volunteering and sponsorship.
- Embedding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies and practices in order to make QLL a welcoming and safe place to work for all.
