This project with St Mungo’s was a design and build project with part demolition. The external facade of the building was retained and a new 3 storey building to provide 51 Nr bedroom hostel for St Mungo’s residents constructed.

The rooms were finished to a very high standard with hard wearing fixtures and fittings and low maintenance shower and furniture installed.

The building features a reception area a full canteen style kitchen area, exercise room, medical area and an internal garden providing areas to sit and enjoy the outside.
