The comprehensive internal and external refurbishment of this refined Grade II listed property far exceeded the client’s expectations for market rental value. As well as brand-new plumbing, heating and ventilation, the 5-bed, 5-bath property required new lighting, power, security and audio visual systems throughout. In addition, we worked alongside conservation planners to reinstate period features such as original ceiling and cornices.
