External envelope works to Alfred Dickens House to replace the non-fire rated external cladding

with a fire rated cladding system to match the existing in appearance.

Challenges

The scheme was located on a busy main road with traffic restrictions –our compound was set up on the pavement in agreement with Newham Council which received all deliveries for the scheme and mitigated any access restrictions for the residents.

Short programme duration with long lead in on Rockpanelcladding panels –QLL partnership relationship with our supply chain allowed orders to be placed ahead of the contract mobilisation period.
