Thorough close liaison with the client team, our supply chain and BREEAM assessors we were able to improve this score by 18.8% delivering a final BREEAM assessment of 77.6% which provided the building with a BREEAM excellent rating. We are proud to be shortlisted in the home’s category, this shortlist focuses on highly complex projects in urban settings that deliver homes that focus on comfort and sustainable living.
