Quinn London wins £9.6m contract with Barnet Homes at the Grahame Park Estate

11 February, 2021

Quinn London are delighted to announce that we have been successful in securing a £9.6 million 2-year contract with Barnet Homes at the Grahame Park Estate. The contact will deliver refurbishment works to many of the social housing blocks at the estate. The significant upgrade works include roof renewals, window renewals, kitchens and bathrooms replacement and communal refurbishment work.

The project has been secured by our property services division, who have extensive experience of delivering both planned internal refurbishment and cyclical decoration projects within London and the South East of England.

The Grahame Park estate forms an important regeneration zone for Barnet Homes with extensive plans to improve the area. The procurement was led by Barnet Homes working closely with Consultants selecting Quinn London via a competitive tender procedure. We demonstrated the best value and quality combination of the submissions received and supported this with a detailed social value pledge to support the local community during the contract.

Our property services division work alongside clients to ensure that projects are delivered to the satisfaction of the ultimate customers – the residents. A particular focus for the team is resident communication and satisfaction which is carefully managed by our dedicated resident liaison team. Property Services Director, Gerry O’Connor said “We are delighted to have been awarded this contract on the Grahame Park Estate and we look forward to working in partnership with Barnet Homes and their residents on this important regeneration programme.”

“Barnet Homes are pleased to have secured the services of Quinn London for the building refurbishment works at Graham Park estate and are confident that the works will greatly improve the lives of our residents.”
