CLIENT: St Mungo’s Housing Association
DATE: November 2011
As part of our long-term relationship with St Mungo’s, we were commissioned to construct 24 self-contained units in which homeless people can recover and transition smoothly to their own accommodation. From the early meetings the agreed solution was to proceed based on a timber frame. This would allow a fast on-site construction as well as achieving high code points for both sustainable timber sourcing and excellent U values. We also completed extensive hard and soft landscaping as part of this project.
