St Mary's Rectory

CLIENT: The Diocese of Westminster
VALUE: £900k
DATE: April 2009

This particularly delicate renovation involved the careful restoration of an oak-panelled room, existing stone fireplaces and external Portland stone arches. The Grade II listed Rectory is home to a number of priests who, thanks to this extensive renovation, now enjoy high-spec living accommodation. Our works also included the creation of offices and meeting rooms, though the highlight was the new kitchen - incorporating a large opening with splendid views over the updated courtyard garden.
