Lauderdale House

This refurbishment of five listed buildings across the London Borough of Camden included the renovation of a Grade II listed building - Lauderdale House. Built in 1582 and set in the beautiful Waterlow Park, Lauderdale House is now primarily an arts and education centre welcoming over 65,000 visitors each year. This Heritage Lottery funded project included external repairs to the house including the repair and renewal of the natural slate coverings, lead gutters and overhanging timber cornices. Works also included drainage repairs, brickwork, window overhaul, repairs to columns and complete external redecorations.
