Connaught Hall

CLIENT: University of London
VALUE: £750k
DATE: September 2011

Students attending The University of London have a range of Central London halls of residence to choose from. Connaught Hall is a commanding Grade II listed building in Bloomsbury, which needed full refurbishment to make it fit for purpose for a new year of students. As well as stripping off the existing asphalt roof, we created 65 en-suite rooms, communal areas and a sustainable green room - while maintaining many of the period features.
