With over 30 years of experience working in the construction industry, Andrew has recently joined to develop the heritage division within Quinn London.
Andrew has overall responsibility for ensuring the successful completion of each project. He will ensure that the correct experienced individuals are appointed to deliver each project. He has overseen the successful delivery of projects ranging from £100k to £18m in conservation, restoration, and new build.
Andrew has the experience to deliver Management Contracts, Traditional Contracts and Design and Build Contracts.
Andrew’s Role
- Set project strategy for Health, Safety and Environment
- Support the site team ensuring they have the resources required to deliver
- Establish the Quality strategy for the project
- Ensure that the Master Programme and the control / monitoring functions are in place and operating correctly
- Manage high level client communication
- Ensure concise and accurate reporting at all stages
- Support the wider team in problem solving

During Kim’s career, he has gained experience with main contractors, subcontractors and developers and has been involved in surveying and management duties.

Kim Wells
During Kim’s career, he has gained experience with main contractors, subcontractors and developers and has been involved in surveying and management duties from contract enquiries at pre and post contract stage to post contract duties and final accounts. He has been responsible for the management of design and build projects from the early stages of design to completion.
Kim has prepared build budgets, tender packages and appointed design teams, Contractors, subcontract and direct employees. He has undertaken contract surveying in conservation, restoration, and new build projects.
From his background and knowledge Kim provides a wealth of commercial experience suitable to manage clients, contractors and subcontractors in the Heritage Sector.
Kim’s Role
- To ensure that there is seamless transferral of financial information from tender to the site team
- Set up and manage cost reporting upon commencement of projects
- Oversee the valuations of all works
- Lead role in Stage 2 cost certainty process when required
- Agree strategy/ oversee the procurement of packages
- Championing value engineering process when required.
