Our property services division is expanding and we are currently recruiting for a number of RLO positions. The job of the RLO is to keep residents informed of any projects or work that could affect their day-to-day life, and to convey this information in a personable, understandable way. We are currently recruiting for a number of Site Manager positions. The roles provide a fantastic opportunity to join a great team and develop your career. You will be responsible for the initial site set up and then ongoing management of projects through to completion, working closely with contracts managers to successfully deliver projects for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Contracts Manager - Property Services
Due to a number of recent project wins with key target clients our property services division is recruiting for a Contracts Manager position. The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in occupied residential properties and working with both local authorities and housing associations.
