London Business School

The London Business School was formed in 1964 and became a constituent college of the University of London in 1965, it stands as one of the world’s leading business schools. Quinn London have proudly worked with the UoL for over 10 years delivering numerous projects across their prestigious campus.

The comprehensive refurbishment to the London Business School campus locations adjacent to Regents Parks encompassed two distinct phases. The first included the replacement of the central atrium rooflight to provide enhanced natural light into the building. The second phase followed the Multi floor interior refurbishment of the internal spaces, which included the provision of a catering hub in the executive areas in the basement. Comprehensive washroom facility upgrades were made across three floors with full  MEP services modernisation. Our team carried out high-specification redecorations and flooring installations throughout upper floor spaces.

Operating under a JCT contract with full design responsibility, our Design Manager coordinated all aspects of the project, working closely with our architectural partners, Wilby Burnett, and MEP engineers, EC Designs Ltd.

Throughout the project, we collaborated with five carefully selected specialist contractors, chosen for their familiarity with LBS premises, systems, and operational processes. This approach enabled us to successfully reduce the overall programme duration.
