A new Design and Build of three, three story houses, built on a brown field site in North London.

The development provides supported living accommodation of three detached one bedroom units, each with a courtyard, open plan living area and a first floor bedroom under a spectacular vaulted roof.

To reduce the environmental impact of the development, the scheme was constructed to Code Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. High levels of thermal insulation, natural light, efficient boilers and shingle cladding mean that initial running cost estimates predict a significant saving per year based upon current energy costs.
