Conversion of a hostel in Central London comprising of 40 bedrooms, some with en-suite bathrooms, over five floors.The scheme is being run as a homless hostel on behalf of the Corporation by St Mungo’s Comminity Housing Association.

The ground floor consisted of lounge and dining area’s with  a commercial kitchen, together with a 24 hour reception
