At Quinn London we’re proud to have a long-term relationship with St Mungo’s Housing Association – a specialist social landlord that works with the homeless. This specific project for St Mungo’s was to design and build an eco-friendly, sustainable hostel incorporating green roofs, green living walls, solar panels, bio-mass boilers, wind turbines and permanent recycling facilities. Over 80 weeks, we created the 85-bed hostel, plus a commercial kitchen, offices, training and activity areas and off-road parking.
