Broughton Road Phase II

Phase I of this project involved the conversion of what has originally been a Laundry and subsequently a community centre into four shell units for sale for onwards development. The project was successfully extended to a second phase which involved the construction of five luxurious family homes to the rear of the original site.
Main internal works carried out on this project included a complete fit out of:
- Winding Stairs
- Utility Rooms
External works comprised of:
- Hard paved gardens to each house and mews area with feature lighting and tiling
- Brick arches to create the entrances to the mew
- Metal gates for security
- Planting and rendered planters
- Glass canopy to cover the alley way leading into the mews
In order to undertake the construction of phase ll of this project we found that forward planning was imperative in order to foresee problems such as restricted access to the site and lond lead time for materials, which meant a lot of co-ordination of different trades and material deliveries.
The project had numerous design changes to deliver an end product that exactly met the client’s needs and aspirations. It was also essential that we payed attention to detail and delivered a proactive approach to work, ensuring a superb final finish.
