Neighbourhood Care

Quinn London recognises and acknowledges

the importance of effective communication with residents, neighbours and those in care homes schools or hospitals.

Our neighbourhood and residential care programme has been developed and implemented on all projects where we work in close proximity to residential properties.

Liaison

The day-to-day liaison is carried out by one of our experienced liaison officers and is overseen by the company's Contracts Managers.

The liaison officer will liaise with individuals who live in the surrounding area and those adjacent to our site operations.

Communication

We will keep you informed of activities at all times. We do this via newsletters, surgeries, letters and verbally by door knocking. We operate an open door policy so individuals can contact us at any time.

Clean and Safe Working Environment

All operatives will wear security badges and/or high visibility vest bearing Quinn Londons company logo.

All materials will be cleared away at the end of each working day and secured in a designated container. We respect the environment we are working in.

Behaviour, Language and Noise Levels

We respect that we are working in a residential area and will keep noise levels to a minimum and only carry out noisy works at designated times.

Our working hours will be agreed with the client. Weekend work is carried out only in exceptional circumstances.

We will ensure our operatives do not use foul language.

Radios are not allowed on site.

We will ensure materials are not left lying unattended in any public areas.

Access to Roads & Void Units

If the necessity arises to gain access to your garden or property, we will approach you giving at least 24 hours notice.

We will leave calling cards where personal contact has not been made.

Access to public areas and residents' properties will be maintained at all time.

Parking

Our site staff and operatives will park in designated areas only and will not block drives or footpaths.

Above all else we will respect your home.
