Sustainability and environmental practices are an integral part of our core activity and business systems. Forming part of our strategic planning for the business.

We are currently working towards gaining BS 14001 Although Quinn London have a solid and Environmental Management System on all projects, supported by an Environment Team, we are committed to extending our certification across the business. The development of the system will be underpinned by a company-wide programme of training, awareness sessions, information and guidance, supported by procedures and toolbox talks on site. New Key Performance Indicator's are being developed and monitored to track our progress and show continual improvement in environmental management.

We have recently updated our waste management system to help reduce our environmental impact and reduce waste by a combination of elimination at source, re-use and recycling. Quinn London have a Waste Contractor Database and are looking to use only those which meet our strict criteria in terms of recycling rates, use of local contractors (where possible) and use of contractors that use clean transfer stations - a combination of which all reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill.

In terms of the design of buildings we are sensitive to the needs of the client and environmental requirements, including current best practice.
