Community

We have a team or Resident Liaison Officers that work closely with local organisations to make sure our initiatives work and add genuine extra value to projects. After all, there is so much more to a building contract than simply the bricks and mortar.

Our staff involve our clients in choices throughout the build programme in both kitchen and bathroom designs, holding regular surgeries so that they are kept fully informed and feel part of the process.

LOCAL LABOUR

At Quinn London we work closely with local organisations to help communities access the employment and training opportunities which we can provide through our construction work. With St Mungo's Community Housing Association, one of our principle clients we aim to maximise opportunities and promote training for local people on many regeneration project. We also aim to provide permanent positions beyond the initial schemes.

We are also working in employing local labour with the following organizations:

Islington Council

Catalyst Housing Group

Notting Hill Housing Trust

Residents Choice

To make a real difference in residents' choice, our community development team provides a dedicated RLO for every project. Bespoke consultation packages are then developed not only by going that extra mile with the residents, but also by working closely with our partners in the supply chain. This is why we work with some of the leading manufacturers of kitchens and bathrooms, as well as our design team members.

At Quinn London we go that extra mile because we believe the residents deserve the same level of service as anyone in the private housing market.

We not only provide samples when it comes to the furnishings and fittings, we also provide the support for residents to appreciate the potential advantages of all the choices available through open days, show homes and of course, product brochures. If residents prefer to be consulted on a one-to-one basis, we hold drop-in surgeries and undertake home visits.

When we say we go that extra mile, we mean it. If residents want to see how options have worked on other projects we will organise guided tours.
