Quinn London specialises in the internal and external refurbishment of public and private sector property including social housing, educational establishments, health authority and commercial premises. More recently, we have undertaken the development of mixed-tenure communities for private sale, shared ownership or rent.

Operating in both the public and private sectors our projects range from occupied affordable housing regeneration together with social and residential housing development through to the delivery of fast track school improvement works and the construction of new educational facilities.

We are currently in several partnering frameworks with our clients over a wide range of projects, our aim is to ensure our customers are satisfied with the quality of our product and service, so that they will come back to us time and again.

Refurbishment of the Library forming offices, welfare areas and a new creche. Installation of new mezzanine floor to form new computer training area, installation of new DDA lift, installation of new kitchen and toilet areas. Quinn London have carried out a number of schemes for Camden including Libraries and Leisure facilities and have a close working relationship with the Borough and their consultants.

Refurbishment of Student Accommodation, new reception areas. Fit out of office areas and classrooms, window replacements to the various colleges at University of London, upgrading of buildings to comply with DDA Regulations. Cyclical repairs to portfolio of stock. We have been working closely with the Universities over the past 7 years carrying out varied works from the refurbishment of student accomodation through cyclical repairs and new reception areas.
