The design and build of 14 high quality family units to help meet the acute housing needs in Islington, reducing the number of homeless people in sub-standard hostel accommodation. The works comprised the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building in a conservation area into:

• Eight 5 bed town houses for rent
• Four 1 bed flats for rent
• Two 2 bed wheelchair accessible flats for rent

This scheme achieved EcoHomes level Excellent and was finished both internally and externally to the satisfaction of Family Mosaic and the London Borough of Islington.
