As we come to spring Gunnersbury progresses into the next phase of work activities
With the building now encapsulated by the shrink wrapped scaffold, the roof structure alteration can progress with the façade structural repairs and render works.
Excavation works are near completion, so the pond construction works can commence. Existing middle bridge walls were found and record by MOLA.
The existing Café has been demolished and piling matt in position to allow the piling works to proceed followed be the ground beams
Silt currently being removed from the pond and disposed within the Park as agreed with LBE. Reconstruction of the pond walls and puddle clay will shortly commence with new paving and railings
Works are near completion
