The refurbishment of an existing hostel in the London Borough of Camden into a facility to house 30 residents on the upper floors with offices for care managers and workshops/cafe areas for residents on the ground and lower floors. Works included:

• New Schuco aluminium facade/curtain walling to the front of the building
• New M&E throughout including emergency lighting, fire alarm, TV aerials and AC units
• New flooring and decorations throughout
