The refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Victorian School and new build Professional Development Centre.
The professional development centre consisted of a number of conference rooms and training facilities, available to rent to local businesses within the local Borough of Hackney.

The scheme comprises of the planned maintenance of Nottinghill existing housing stock in the london borough of Kensington Chelsea including re-roofing, window replacement, extenal repairs and decorations. Together with the refurbishment of communal areas.

Refurbishment of Victorian Grade II listed building to create a 53 bedroom hostel for London's homeless
Fast Track Fit Out
The refurbisment and extension at The Shire London transformed the building with high class finishings and facilities, including bars, resturants, function suites and health club.
New Build
Design and Build of an 83-bed hostel for St Mungo's Community Housing Association. The scheme adheres to Sustainable Homes Level 4 and includes solar panels, wind turbines, green roofs and green living walls.
